    Kevin brings over 20 years of leadership experience across a wide range of companies, cultures, and countries. Including a 16-year tenure at GE, he has vast and varied experience in the global tech space.

    CHIEF OF STAFF
    A former GE Executive, Keith has more than 15 years of global leadership experience across sales & market development, commercial ops, and finance. He has lead teams to success and managed execution to drive profitable growth.

  • Jordan Cousino

    CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
    Jordan is an experienced entrepreneur in maritime technology with a government focus. From his work in the Coast Guard and with NOAA, to championing his own company, he brings with him a full-spectrum suite of knowledge.

  • Mark Henderson

    CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
    With a master's degree in electrical engineering, multiple patents, and extensive experience in technical design and leadership, Mark oversees the design and fabrication of the Triton.

    With over 20 years of global leadership experience across operations, engineering, program management, and business development, Bob is well versed in leading teams and driving results that push profitable growth.

    SVP, GLOBAL OPERATIONS
    Oscar brings 30+ years of U.S. Navy leadership experience. He has a strong track record of building high performance teams and possesses the natural ability to identify emerging technologies in order to develop solutions that respond to critical mission requirements.

  • Michael Braun

    SVP, STRATEGY

    A former US Naval Aviator and Diplomat, "Sparky" brings more than 30 years of global experience in military strategy & operations, international diplomacy, export controls, and international engagements.  As a defense and security industry executive, he has successfully led teams worldwide in support of capability development for US Allies and Partners.

    SVP, INTERNATIONAL DEFENSE

    Ryan Fayrweather brings over 25 years of global leadership and strategic partnership experience across defense, diplomacy, and business development. He has led high-impact acquisition and engagement efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia for both the U.S. Army, as an Foreign Area Officer (FAO) and private sector.

    Jeff brings 20 years of Naval Special Operations experience and 15 years of leadership in the defense industry, collaborating with global partners to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions and capabilities to the Warfighter.

    VP, NATIONAL STRATEGY

    Mike brings over 15 years of experience in civilian and military maritime operations, defense strategy, and advanced technology. Today he drives national-level partnerships, innovation, and value in the unmanned maritime domain.

  • Andy Morabe

    VP, INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY

    Andy brings over 30 years of program management experience across diverse organizations, including Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics. Most recently, he served as a NAVSEA government employee, overseeing the introduction of U.S. technology to international partners through Foreign Military Sales.

    Tim brings over 15 years of experience across international engagement, go-to-market strategy, and commercial development. He is a recognized and published expert on the deployment and evolution of autonomous maritime systems.

    Pasquale brings over 15 years of leadership experience in both manned and unmanned maritime technology across the defense, energy, conservation, and exploration sectors.

    A seasoned venture capitalist with extensive experience in the energy technology sector, Kevin serves as a Managing Partner at Energy Innovation Capital (EIC), a firm he co-founded.

  • Jeff Cunningham

    An Investment Manager at Lockheed Martin Ventures with over 15 years as part of the LM team, Jeff leads venture capital investments across a variety of technology disciplines.

  • Greg Hulecki

    A Venture Partner with Advantage Capital, Greg has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering from General Motors Institute, and extensive experience in entrepreneurial enterprise.

  • Admiral Eric Olson

    A retired Navy SEAL officer, Eric was the commander of all U.S. Special Operations Forces. He currently serves as a Director and Advisor for several public and private companies and non-profit organizations.  

  • Michael Allman

    An experienced executive in the energy and technology sectors, Michael has served as CEO and CFO for some of the largest energy companies in the country, and for start-up software businesses. He has served on numerous corporate boards.

    An experienced executive across multiple tech spheres, Kevin has developed global sales pipelines, cultivated cross-company customer pursuit teams, championed sales effectiveness, and polished product portfolios—resulting in highly successful market development and profitability.

    A Managing Director of the Oceans Investment team at S2G, Kate has worked at the intersection of impact investing and sustainability for over eight years. She brings extensive experience and passion to enabling oceans businesses to scale while preserving their mission.

  • Vice Admiral Brian Brown

    A retired U.S. Navy Vice Admiral, Brian acts as current principal at Stable Orbits LLC. He served as the Navy’s information boss (iBoss) during his last assignment on active duty as commander, Naval Information Forces.

  • Vice Admiral Paul Gaffney

    A Retired Navy Vice Admiral, Paul Commanded the Naval Research Lab, Naval Meteorology and the Oceanography Command, Office of Naval Research.  He was president of the National Defense University as well as Monmouth University, and is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

  • Rear Admiral John Neagley

    A retired Navy Rear Admiral with over 35 years of executive experience in supporting all aspects of program and systems development of maritime technologies, John is the founder and principal of Blue Native Consulting, LLC. He provides executive program management and strategy development consulting services.

  • Ray Fitzgerald

    Ray is a Senior Executive providing Board and C-Suite level leadership and strategic advisory services, corporate development, investment, M&A, as well as government relationship and business development expertise across a wide spectrum of companies.

  • Admiral John Richardson

    Admiral John Richardson served 37 years in the U.S. Navy, completing his service as the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), the top officer in the Navy. Since retirement, he has joined the boards of several major corporations and works in leader development.

  • Damien Lhors

    Damien Lhors is Group Senior Vice President for  Supply Chain at Vestas – a global partner in sustainable energy solutions. During his 20+ years in the energy sector, Damien has worked in various energy companies in Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
